🌿 Brewing Instructions

1. Water Preparation: Use spring or mineral water; boil to 100°C

2. Warm the Teaware: Rinse gaiwan, cups, and fairness cup with boiling water

3. Rinse the Tea: Pour boiling water over leaves, rinse for 3–5 seconds, discard the first infusion

4. Steeping: Pour hot water (wall-circling) and steep for 10–20 seconds

5. Pouring: Immediately transfer the tea liquor to a fairness cup
