Harvested in the spring of 2016, this **white peony tea**, also known as **Bai Mudan**, originates from the high mountains of Fuding, Fujian. After more than 8 years of natural aging, this tea has developed a deep amber liquor and layered aroma — blending **floral notes**, aged wood, and a gentle **sweet finish**.
The buds and leaves, picked as one bud with two leaves, were naturally withered and dried at low temperatures to preserve their original structure and flavor. Over time, the **white peony tea** undergoes a graceful transformation, producing a mellow body and lasting **aftertaste**.
### Brewing Method
Use 3 grams of 2016 **white peony tea** per 150ml of water. Brew at 90°C–95°C for 30–45 seconds. Multiple infusions are recommended, as each steep reveals more nuance of its aged character.
